Whereabouts are you? There's a good smartphone app for Spain called Infomedusa with jellyfish forecasts.

Vinegar may work with some stings but pissing on it doesn't, although depending on severity of the sting, the pee may be involuntary.

Beer, taken orally, has been proven to work fine. The more of it the better you will feel.
