The majority of the people we've signed from Belgian clubs aren't actually Belgian. The country is famous for being a gateway destination for non-EU footballers as it is the easiest place in Western Europe for them to get a work permit. We only have one actual Belgian on our books (plus a second who is on a season loan). Genk have turned down bids of over 5m for Vossen, so no way will Charlton be in the market for him.
