Is Javier Morales simply the South American spelling for Jamie Moralee?

For anyone who might still be interested, I believe the Javier Morales who played a few friendly matches for Albion this summer was this guy: Javi Morales twitter page. (Bit of a clue being the profile pic of him playing in an Albion kit and the background image of him at the Amex). I think he plays (or played) for Premia de Mar, at the 5th level of Spanish football.
