Frankie Goes To Hollywood 'Welcome To The Pleasuredrome' 5.99 out of Virgin. Now, just need the everlasting fifty-long queue of punters to somehow disperse and I might actually get to buy it.

Anyone know if I'm likely to find 24 season 5 DVD set cheaper than Amazon anywhere?

Ebay, look out for the Asian version. Comes with Chinese subtitles that you can turn off. I bought season four that way. Will be getting season five that way to Just make sure it is region 2 compatible

Just reserved a Dyson vacuum cleaner at Argos reduced from 249.99 to 124.99. Ours broke about a month ago and we've been borrowing one waiting for the sales and I'm now very glad I waited.

What's the diference between this DC08 'Base' model and the yellow DC08 'Origin' model currently on sale at Currys for £140 - er, asks the wife?

Looks to me like Argos is the only company which sells the Base model (its not even on Dyson's own site).

And judging by messageboards, Argos slashes the price of it regularly, making the 'original' price of £250 look a bit suspect. (The standard price of the DC08 Origin seems to be £170).
