Getting better and better with each game. What contract is he on now?
Did 'quite well' with Blackburn? Geez!Big difference with Undav is he was proven at every level (moving up each time) and in his mid-20s, JPVH is fairly young, and although did quite well with Blackburn and had something to make us buy him, still has journey to make.
Undav is a loss, as RdZ indicated, but it’s refreshing to hear about a footballer who actually wants to play, rather than be a happy reserve picking up a wage.
Sorry but no.He was excellent today but it is no coincidence we have not kept a clean sheet in the Prem since Colwill left. Still a work in progress for me, but getting better.

Hopefully without red cards...Son (not literally ) of Dunk gets better every week, we've another man mountain.
He is the new LD + in the making . . . . Succession planning. . . .It could have all crumbled when Dunk was sent off. I thought JPVH was immense in keeping things together and executing some crucial clearances.
So what is presumably needed in that case is a Dunk'n'Duffy in their prime type of defence - getting in the way of and blocking everything with body, face, legs, gonads or whatever, like in the Hughton era when the midfield often came out second best in the PL.A big this .
Very little protection for the defence at times this season
