Seems as if he is a serial offender so what happens now ?

Isolated prison for many years at more tax payers expense as he will need a new ID if he pleads not guilty and goes to court.

Seems a very disturbed person to say the least.

Much as I will get slated prison has not reformed him until now - why waste more keeping him locked away. Bring back the death sentence.

Difficult, it would have to withdraw from Europe.

If we are simply talking about the cost to the public purse, it was probably a mistake naming them. Incredibly expensive giving them new identities and completely complicates the process of monitoring them.

I think they've learnt that now - which means that probably sensibly in the similar recent case they decided not to.
