Women at football matches are a good thing if the football on offer is dire, as sometimes there is the odd one who has a pretty face to look at.

:lolol:They may as well just put you on the sex offenders register now.

My friend came down from Merseyside for the Tranmere game and could not believe how ugly the woman were at Withdean. I had never thought about it before but on saturday I made a point of looking and I do tend to agree with him there are some munters about when we play at home.

to be fair , have you seen the geezers , we certainly do have a larger than normal share of mis-fit fans .

Perhaps I'm cold and heartless, but I can't be the only one who finds something distinctly cringe-worthy about hearing a bunch of grown men calling another grown man "Jakey".

It makes him sound about five years old.

Worst. Footballer's name. Ever.

getting back to the original subject, as soon as jake came on he attacked their right back and caused problems.

My problem with Cox is he never takes a player on, Robinson is the only player we have who will do this.

Yeah, but he's a BOY.

So what? There is no valid reason why men should have short hair. It is purely down to convention or fashion. Anyway, men look much more attractive with long hair.

Robinson's potential is and has been unquestionable. I'm delighted he may have toughened up as he was our most frustrating and inconsistent player last year as he could be an absolute star if he kept his confidence up and stopped bottling tackes.

Sounds promising, but I said that during last seasons purple patch and then he went shit again. I was also convinced he'd "arrived" after his 2nd half performance at Burnely a few years ago

Can he keep this up for 90 mins and week in week out, rather than as a sub for 15 mins and even then only occasionally ?

Cox used to take people on , he seems to have stopped doing it though. I think we should put him on the right where he won't have to cut back whenever he wants to cross, then we may see him taking on defenders again.

Cox never takes anybody on DOWN THE LEFT, because he has NO LEFT FOOT and is NOT a left winger. Let the poor kid have a game on the right, so he doesn't have to check inside EVERY time he gets the ball, and then judge him.

He had his hair cut last week. He wants to keep it longer.

I don't care if it's long, short, green or pink as long as he scores goals.

so true ...anyone who has seen us play knows exactly what Cox is going to do...why no variety from the management? ...a leftsided player on the left..whatever next !

Jakey was hungry, and absolutely full of beans when he came on. I think we should keep him on the bench, because this is where he looks more hungry and wanting an piece of the action. And is always an ideal replacement, when we're in a dire situation like we were on Saturday.

What a silly idea expecting the management to see something that everybody else including Stevie Wonder could see, that Cox should be on the right wing not the left.
