Those gaps between the concrete on the East stand , is it me or are they thinner than most stadiums entrances/exits to the concourse's ?

Done on purpose as a hindrance to stop fat bastards getting to the pies before eveyone else

I thought the same but it's probably just prospective? I would imagine health and safety would demand alot of space for movement in case of the need for evacuation.

Maybe they are to be moved slightly, look at the gaps either side in the 2nd photo. They also seem to be held with some kind of steel crosses.

The sloping wall sections are pre-cast and are held in place by acrow support until fixed.

No. Wet concrete is brought to site (pre-mix) and the pre-cast units are brought from Ireland
