Personally I thought he was an utter **** of the highest order!

And I'm not saying that as a Brighton fan I'm saying that as a human being.

He constantly interrupted everyone and the way he spoke down to Quinn was quite frankly embarrassing. "No disrespect Niall (meaning massive disrespect) but there are people who run football clubs and people who run and finance football clubs, I was the latter" yeah and you f***ed it up massively!!

Quinn is f***ing useless as a commentator and he comes across as a bit of dullard but he was chairman of a club in the premier league ALLOT bigger than Palace will ever be. The way Jordan spoke to him you'd think he was the previous chairman of Barcelona and Quinn had once run a Sunday side.

I really want to read his book as I think the guy is a character and I reckon he's got quite a decent tale to tell but the last time I checked the kindle edition was still the same price as the hardback which probably sums the bloke up to a tee in that he is a self publishing tosspot that thinks he's allot more important than he actually is.

Apart from looking like a gaunt smack head (and not even that bronzed) on telly what is up to now?

I think it reallt helped having him and Nial Quinn as good cop/bad cop

Nial : "Oh oh...ummm..as a former chairman i'm...ummmm....I think that Aston Villa are gambling slightly, it could be said, but maybe they are doing a very shrewd move"

Simon: "Na, they've commited suicide".

and he should know. He is a pillock of the highest order, only rivalled by the new resident pillock Steve Parish.

This with bells on.

I found a lot of what he said tailed off into a murmur as he often seemed to forget the reason he interupted in the first place.

Put my name down as having enjoyed him too. His constant sniping with Niall Quinn was a fantastic addition. The reality was that no big deals were going on, Danny Graham was the biggest move on deadline day! :lolol: So they needed something different and I thought he was brilliant. Refreshingly honest and didn't care what he said.

Odious man and wouldn't want to know him personally, but he was very entertaining to watch and a lot more interesting than the fence sitters.

My girlfriend describes me as "refreshingly honest". Until you said that I was unconvinced by Jordan but I now know he clearly is a joy to spend company in the time of. Can I just check though, was YOUR reaction to walk away sobbing gently?

Actually, and bizarrely, it was. :ffsparr:

Just to clarify though, I'd HATE to spend time with him. In any capacity. Ever. Prick. But massively entertaining in small doses on TV.

I started to worry for a minute that my girlfriend thought the same about me, but then I remembered I haven't been on TV.

:lolol: You're too hard on yourself. You worry too much about her, I'm sure she'd never think such a thing. Her devotion is beyond question.

You're very wise. I broached her with my concerns and she said exactly the same thing!!!! I think the subsequent loving embrace we shared would have lasted forever if she hadn't needed to go to the bathroom.

I thought he acted like an absolute plonker last night, e.g. bitching about Spurs going after his players, then telling the Posh chairman to be a big boy, stop complaining and get on with it after Forest messed them about over Boyd. He was rude throughout and seems to love the sound of his own voice. At one point him and Quinn were asked to give a yes or no answer as to whether QPR would stay up. Quinn, "yes". Jordon, "bla bla bla, this that and the other, I suspect not". Just about summed it up for me.

This.

I thought he came across as a patronising, pompous wanker who cannot get enough of the sound of his own voice.

Total dickhead.
