Given that Watkins was over our budget in the high 20 millions I'd say Toney will also be out of our realm of money. If we're going for an affordable EFL striker I'd rather Jonson Clarke Harris at half the price. I rate Toney, and if I could have one or the other I'd pick Ivan every time, but I just don't think he fits our price bracket.

That said Paul Onuachu is better than both so :)

Interesting player. Having watching his showreel he is slow but I love his single mindedness he literally nicked half of the goals off his teammates!
Also he gets on the end of things by that I mean no 25 yard screamers all penalty box goals. Would definitely offer something different to what we have I wonder what Genk want for him?

I think a) they have a good chance of going up b) they'll keep him another year regardless and c) if he moves he will be too expensive.

If a new striker comes in (which is quite likely) I think it will be either a free transfer, someone from a foreign league or some failed / disgruntled youth prospect from a bigger club.
I am not so sure, we have been burn so many times with the foreign bargains I think we will move up a grade. It won't be a big ticket signing by Premier League standards but akin to the Nunes attempt last year.

I think we’ll go for Eddie Nketiah of Arsenal. Use some of our Bissouma kitty. He looks like the type of player we’d be after. Quick, mobile, young, a centre forward and someone with a likely good sell on value. Available for c £20m
