Vandalism is everywhere from dropping litter, spray painting to fly tipping then you get idiots like this proving to the rest of the world what a dirty nation we have become.
I was in Norway a couple of weeks ago where there is no litter no graffiti and no or very few public waste bins because there is no need as people care enough about the environment to just not do it

I used to travel to Norway for work and on more than one occasion saw a group of people lay out a blanket, shoot up some heroin, chill for a bit, then tidy up and move on, leaving the place spotless. I was very impressed.

Oh, lovely. I do love the ritual online life long humiliation of a stranger for atrocities like littering or just being a bit twatish. It gives me such a puritanical endorsement.
