thats the myth isn't it, the weatherman this winter are describing days of 10c 50F as feeling cold as we have had 13/14c all January, infact this winter is around 10 fahrenheit above normal on average, 10C 50F is not cold , it should be 6C 43F at this time of year, next week temperatures will be near normal at 5C 41F but it is not cold for the time of year it is just not going to be exceptional mild and record breaking mild for a few days.
