Good advice cheers, we're making our first forays into moving back down(now i've decided Ms Brixtaan could soon be Mrs Brixtaan) so if anyone hears of anything at £250k or less,that needs work done, let me know.I'm trying to avoid estate agents.

Pevenseagull , what have they offered ?. I haven't used them for a while.

last week when I was talking to the Eastbourne branch they were rattling on about a 4.55% 2 yr fix fees free remortgage - this is vastly different to what's coming up on their website - might be an exclusive via one of the panels/packagers/clubs I'm registered with but I'm having a shit of a time trying to get the right KFI for it

P - there rate is 4.69% according to my searches. You are right the rates on their website are crap.
