I don't think we will bother the relegation places this season but when our European adventures begin and injuries /suspensions accrue we might find the going a bit tougher. If we can manage a top 10 finish and go deep into a cup or two then that would be yet another excellent season

Question for fellow old gits, there was an ex albion player in that team was it Eddie Spearitt?
Wow! Didn't know about that one - he was with Carlisle for their season in division 1 and the following season. 31 games in two seasons - no idea how many (in any) were in the first division season.
Good shout though! :thumbsup:

Not sure about an Albion connection but the Carlisle 11 contained a player who also played professional cricket. Name him ?
