To be fair it was a regular Championship phenomenon too, but the PL has ramped up the 'Brighton' defeat effect to whole new levels.

Yes, hilarious.

But what a win. I woke up in the middle of the night and it took me about 300 milliseconds before 'what a win' popped into my head. I'm feeling ever so plucky this morning

It always amused me how many times managers got the Spanish archer after losing to us.

Clearly acting as massive motivation to the lads, it would seem we are the team opposing managers can't afford to lose to.

We're so under the radar it's frankly ludicrous, but heart warming as a fan of the things that make football great: togetherness, fight, pride and passion.

I like being the PL ugly duckling, it rather suits us.
