I am looking forward to a trip down the dog and duck tonight, for some stimulating and intellectual debate about muslims and racialists, followed by a rice special from the Golden Wok and a spot of light porn on tv and some nookie.

Saturday I am travelling across to Brighton for the big game, 3 points and a ham roll from Greggs.

I have a bad leg muscle, so my jogging has been put on hold and can't do the sports my weekend normally holds. So, this week i shall lie down and read. Pah, bah and bog-end.
