7th most shots in the league...

Most of which would have hit me smack in the mush at the back of the North Stand. Our shots at goal last night (and in other recent games) have been woeful.

Edit: replace shots on goal with shots at goal

Exactly this. Coach the f***ing players better. As long as they are fit they don't need to be the fastest. Just move the ball faster, show some urgency and drive and bust a gut at both ends of the pitch. It can be done.

I think fitness ( or lack of it) has always been a major problem. Can’t forget Solly breaking through last week and Maupay and Wellbeck huffing their way disinterestedly behind him.

I’m sure Potter would love to play with pace but he can only work with what he has. Take Lamptey and we have no pace in the squad

TBF there is some. Not top class pace merchants but one example was on Tuesday night. Mac Allister through on goal is caught and tackled.
Connolly or Welbeck would not have been.

Whether they would have scored or not is another debate. My view is probably not!
