Trixie is 4 bets = 3 doubles and a treble
Patent is 7 bets = 3 singles, 3 doubles and a treble

They even got special slips printed in the bookies - or just write Trixie or Patent on a blank slip
Ta.

For whatever reason, BHABet weren't offering odds on Siena v Lazio. I thought about a tasty nugget of betting on Cagliari away to Ascoli (the bottom club) at a tempting 7/2. But I'm a chicken and only went with a Milan / Empoli double at 65/1.

Putting this massive exercise in wealth creation to one side for the moment, I just hope that someone (apart from me) would like to see Siena survive in Serie A.

They're not showing the Lazio game where you'd expect to find it, but if you page down to Current Betting - next 24 hours, you CAN find it there. It's also possible to select atrixie or patent from there - as I've just done.

I'll post full instructions in a min when I've looked it up again

Right, just looked iit up again on bhabet (bet365.com)

Scroll down the page past the 'In-Play' section to the 'Current Betting' section.

Select 'Italy' and 'Seria A'

Select your 3 teams (Lazio game IS on there) then click on Bet

It will show you the three teams in a seperate window. Down the bottom of that window is a 'MultipleBet options' link. Click on that link and you can select Trixies or Patents etc.

Only placed a pound on Corals including Roma and Inter to win as well, would win me £800. also put a Trixie (costs £4) bet on the 3 teams above which will win me £700.

would be quite funny if the original three came in and roma or inter failed to win!!! :lolol:

i stand to win £4,600 if those three all win,

a further £3,400 if Ajax, Blackpool, Sevilla and Bilbao win!!

:clap2:

Ive done loads of bets, including a Lazio, Empoli and Blackpool treble as I have a funny feeling with Milan. Also a single with Lazio.

About 10 quid worth of betting, one will work surely!

Cmon!

I wont be but my Trixie will back me up as it is just the original 3 and if only one of the teams lose then I still win something :)

Trying to put another bet on Betfair but it keeps saying Odds are too high ??? and now it is going that the bet cannot be taken at this time :(

There is very very little chance of this happening.

Bookies do not make mistakes (and in any case when they do they fall back on the 'palpable error' rule - though the fact that all bookies are offering similarly long odds would probably negate that)

The true odds for the treble would be somewhere in the region of 900/1 - 1000/1. I doubt anyone has got that.

However, a thousand to one chance is a still a chance and I can't bear being left out if it does happen, so I've put a 71 pence patent on :)

Good luck everyone!
