personally, i think he'd be a decent signing.

A midfield of currie-carpenter-nicholas-robinson would be a pair midfield. Coupled with a loan target man and i think we would most definitely be in business.

Its going to be a long season and we will need a big squad.

Even when Jolly is back we are going to pick up injuries suspensions etc so another bod in the middle of Robinson quality would be good.

However, how pissed off would you be if you were Cullip/Knight/MM and you had just been told to wait on new contracts while we count how much is in the pot and then Robinson comes in the back door.

How about Knight to Cardiff for 500K plus Robinson. £250k for us plus another winger.

If we had a real need for him or the money to afford him it may be a good signing. But as it is unlikely that we could afford, and we already have Currie, Hart, Jones and Jarrett (not to mention Hinshelwood!) on the wings, I think it is a luxury that we do not really need to look at.
