took me 45 mins but finally got in . not sure why people are going mad for brum tickets there will be some available for well over a week. i need millwall tickets too but will get those in a quiet time next week

Ferocious clicking from 5.13 to 5.41, got in and bought 1 West Ham ticket. No email confirmation yet though?

Then tried for Birmingham away and got chucked out. 10 more minutes of ferocious clicking and back in again. Bought 1 Birmingham ticket. Confirmed on email immediately.

Looked at my purchase history and the West Ham ticket is showing as pending. Slightly alarming...???

The club are turning online ticketing into an absolute farce.

Why make everything online at once?
Why not use the priority points system they have in place for Birmingham away?

*sigh - back to refreshing*

Its not a farce. Its easy, I just got back in after a few clicks again. Its easy to get in now. It wasn't at 5.30, but now its ok. No priority for Birmingham because 2k is a good number to have available.

West Ham still available by the way, keep at it and you will get your tickets.

It's just taken me 10 mins to get in. I found it was easier to come out of the site altogether and then go back in rather than refreshing.

Hi Corgi, am going from Brighton to New Street. Booked hotel and train a couple of weeks ago on taking a chance of getting tickets.
Went onto National rail website and that is what came up.
Have received tickets with allocated seats as well. really chuffed.

Not knocking or questioning but don't think I have ever received an e mail confirmation.

Have had always had to rely (somewhat dodgily) on purchase history or e mail banking. Wish they would sort it out !

I'd have more faith in the system if this flipping message didn't come up as equally often at 5:30am as at 5:30pm!

-------------------------------
Due to the high volume of activity, we are currently unable to connect you.

Click here to try again. [I have been, you idiot! - for two hours!!!]

The real-time ticketing system is currently operating at its full capacity of simultaneous customers. A limit is placed on the number of people simultaneously within the ordering system to ensure a smooth operation at peak periods. You will therefore need to retry a few times until a spare slot becomes free as other people finish the ordering process.

These extremely busy periods normally occur in the first few hours of a new game going on sale, so alternatively try again a little later when the initial rush will have died down. [ but unfortunately not before I have passed away myself]
