is what ironic?

Maybe i've got this wrong here. but this is how I saw it

1) A new direct ferry service starts on monday between Newhaven and Le Harve (okay so far?)

2) We are NOT playing a friendly away to Le Harve this summer.
(but we have played them for the last 2 summers)

in conclusion, if this service was available then it would have made life easier for the majority of travelling fans, thats all

"But your pre season friendly, is away to Worthing"
Worthing is always a 'taken' as a payday for us using their facilities for reserve matches.

Shame Le Havre pulled out of the European agreement though as it was more revenue for us as well as a great away game.

New direct ferry, from Newhaven to Le Havre,

I understood you mate.

they pick on you unless you have over 500 posts.
Just post inane drivel and get your count up over 12 000 and then that would have been a good thread,.

Aren't Le Havre a top division French side? And is it not cheaper to get into their ground than it is Withdean?

And is it not true that the French like CHEESE and WINE and their beer is cheaper?

Would it even be a further round trip than when we were playing at the Priestfield....?

Are you thinking what I'm thinking?
