Also not an acronym...will TLA work for you?
In Brisbane?!Do we know if the OB are investigating her ?
And wrong. He's a chimpanzee in the movie, not a monkey. Then things get even more weird
Robbie Williams explains why he's a monkey in his new movie
Better Man tells the story of Robbie Williams' life, with him portrayed by a CGI monkey.www.bbc.co.uk
Why is he a chimpanzee exactly? What does it mean? And wrong. He's a chimpanzee in the movie, not a monkey.

She played cricket for England and is a sports commentator and radio cricket broadcaster , and she doesn`t know what MVP stands for , tell us anotherIf you commentate enough you're bound to say something dumb eventually.
As long as there's not a pattern in her history, move on
Or in other words, they needed a gimmick to make it stand out against the dozens of other musical biopics, about an artist largely unknown in America. But that doesn’t make good press copy, I suppose.
... but bombed at box office.Seems to have worked rather well....
Robbie Williams' biopic debuts with eye-wateringly high Rotten Tomatoes score

... but bombed at box office.
Destined to be a cult classic though, I think.
Whatever one thinks of Mr Robbie, this is REMARKABLE film-making...
Doomed to fail.
personally, the music would make me switch it off!As you point out though, as per my original post, it absolutely tanked which frankly anyone, even those without an understanding of the industry, could’ve seen coming.
On Richard Osman and Marina Hyde’s podcast they discussed this, and how at $110m + $$$ in marketing, it was always going to fail. Hyde says this should’ve been a $20m movie, but the CGI was likely very expensive and they had a huge investment from the government of Australia(!) among other investors which they’ve obviously lost.
I watched the clip and it was fine, quite good, but the movie had so many hurdles to overcome in order to get bums in seats.
1. Being a fan of Robbie Williams or at least not actively hating him (he remains divisive, many can’t stand him)
2. Not writing off the chimp gimmick as being ridiculous from the promotional materials and trailer
3. Being released pitched in marketing as a musical, right around the time two other much, much more accessible franchises were taking up all the interest (Wicked and Moana 2).
And that’s just in the UK. Like I said in an earlier post, he’s absolutely unknown in the US hence the chimp gimmick, because the biggest Western market doesn’t know who he is anyway.
Doomed to fail.
Pretty harsh on everyone else in the cinema.personally, the music would make me switch it off!
