Normally there's a fairly large churn of medium-sized activity which doesn't seem to have been there. There's been the big money moves of Van Dijk, Coutinho, seemingly Sanchez and Mkhitaryan, plus the normal low-level stuff but not much around the middle to lower Prem teams who normally make a few purchases.

Southampton surprise me most of that, given the money they've received.
