Perhaps the obvious truth is that we were neither world beaters when we were 9th and we are not "not good enough" when we are on a bad run? We are one of the teams battling to avoid relegation, we always have been this season and we will be for the rest of the season.

I am usually quite defensive of CH and the players.
Today was awful.
Even worse than the 5-1 V Liverpool because at least there were times in that game we seemed to be competing.
Today we were totally outplayed, out fought and outclassed.
Sort of wish were in the championship and not on TV for everyone to see how poor we were.

I'm not debating the fact that he most likely deserves the whole season, but any more absolutely baffling starting line up choices like today's which screw up a huge game in the context of the season and I'm sure many more questions will be asked.

Errr, no it's fairly clear. Is Hughton out of his depth in this division? Sacked by 2 Premier League clubs, and we just lost to the team with the lowest budget in the division who absolutely dominated us.
