Was born in 94 and since I was too young at the time to actually know what was going on in Hereford, though i voted yes instead of no for some reason as Cardiff for me was bigger.

Should we get to the final, then for me it is the biggest game. Its the biggest Brighton vs Palace game though.

No, but close.
Newcastle away, a long time ago.
A semi-final at Highbury.
Wembley Final.
Hereford.
This Friday's game.
That spreads over 40 years so in my eyes, pretty important.

Last post before I started typing and it matches my list!

Newcastle away because if we had lost we wouldn't have been promoted to division 1 for the very first time. The semi-final because losing that would have meant we wouldn't have been in the final for the very first time.

This years play-offs importance relate more to the wealth that victory brings rather than the kudos of promotion.

It is certainly in the top ten and feels as big as some of the others mentioned already. The fact it is Palace probably ellevates it into the top five, just.

I voted yes, but have just remembered the Carling Cup v Bristol Rovers in 2004 so would like to change my vote please.

Leaving aside Hereford etc won't this poll be redundant on Monday at about 935ish as the Wembley game will surpass the semi final tie

It's not even the biggest game against Palace - in 1981 we had to beat them to stay in Div1 (and we did - 3-0).

Whatever happens this will go down in the clubs history. I'm looking for a boring season 2013/14 with a mid table finish (oh, and beating Man Utd at home, and I don't mean in the cup).

Hi All,

Congratulations on making the playoffs. I run a football blog site The Perfect Hattrick Football Blog and I’m looking to do a playoff preview for yourselves, Leicester, Watford and Palace.

It’ll be very straight forward (questions will be sent via email) covering topics such as a summary of your season from the Brighton fans point of view, highlights, where improvements are needed and how you see your playoff matches with Palace etc.

Once we’ve finished our final draft of the article, we’ll send it to you before we publish it to make sure you’re happy. Anything you want to change, just let us know. When it’s published on the site, we will send it out via our twitter followers @TheHattrickBlog.

We’re looking for one fan from each club. If you’d be happy to take part, please PM me and I’ll contact you via email.

We’re hoping to have all 4 previews published before Thursday’s game.

Thanks for your time, it’s much appreciated.

It is the biggest game of my Albion supporting time but I've only been supporting the Albion for about 11 years.

Yep.

The competing ones are the FA Cup Final first leg and the Cup clash with Chelsea in the sixties in terms of interest.

What are the likely teams? This is not right but my first draft:
Butterflied (Palace) has gone back to Norwich and St Ledger is not likely for Leicester.
