Apparently they're going to fine drivers who travel the wrong way down one-way streets. I mean, ffs, if they're not going to build routes going both ways, what choice have drivers got? It's ridiculous, they'll fine you for anything these days...

Surely its only a problem parking awy from the kerb if you car is jutting out into the road. If you park behind a van or a lorry , the width of that van or lorry will be much further into the road than you anyway, so whats the problem ?.

Telling me. My mate got banned for doing 117mph on a country road. He was late for a wedding - Its ridiculous its not as if he was driving much above the speed limit and he had a good excuse.

They will be banning drivers who drink and drive next.

I also think that they should issue on the spot fines for motorists that cannot turn right at junctions.

And those motorists that choose the middle lane and will not move into the inside lane whatever the circumstances should be banned from driving and made to re-take there test.
