Is there anyone else out there that has never played a computer game?

Me, well, not the virtual wars/tennis/etc types of games. Sometimes card games or Words For Friends things. Do they count as computer games? My son, on the other hand, plays these virtual games whenever he's awake and not at work. I rarely see him because of it.:cry:

If you want to be picky I guess I don't - but as long as there are books to read and music to listen to the idea of playing computer games is an absolute turn off.
Yep, no worries, they're not for everyone are they. I'm a CG fan, but go months without playing any, as anything people related comes first. I will say that there's a huge variety of games though, catering to all walks of life. Like Rock Band for music lovers :)

Or you could always learn how to play a real instrument. You could also learn some instruments for a lot less money then buying rock band. When it comes to computer games it has got to be sports ones for me (apart from the odd play of GTA)

It doesn't have to be 'or', you're allowed to do both.

Computer gaming doesn't have to be expensive.

No interest in computer games. I really cannot see the appeal

You are not missing much.

A mate of mine was a big gamer and got me to play along too at various times.

After half hour was bored rigid and made my excuses to leave.

Each to their own though.

Used to all the time, but most things post-SNES give me motion sickness after five or ten minutes. Too many 3D effects!

Speaking as the official NSC Tetris champion - where's the arcade feature gone? I'm lost with out a game of Hexxagon first thing in the morning!

never played a computer game although I regularly watch bemused as the grandchildren do. Recently got a new phone and as before one of the first things I did was to delete the games. Simply no interest :(

Space Invaders & Galactica when I was about ten but have never played a modern Computer game. I really do not understand people who spend hours on end playing Playstation & all of the other computer console games.
Real life awaits & can be such fun.

I feel the same about people and books.
