Sussex seems to be pretty much under water at the moment - what's the pitch at Withdean like?

Waterlogged atm i assume, and unless it stops raining for say 12-24 hours I'd say it would be off.

Surely the pitch will be covered? the rain will stop until tommorow morning when there might be a few showers with periods of sunshine, If the pitch ISN'T covered it will be off imo.

I am 0.85 miles from Withdean its been pissing down for about 3 hours and shows no sign of letting up.More forecast for tomorrow. But Withers drains quite well usually.

They hadn't covered the pitch on Monday and the whole thing was completely waterlogged. I will be in the gym on Friday so I can get a decent picture for you but I would imagine it will be covered.
