Surely the important information in OTLW's post was that it was a YES - not whether it's some kind of accurate hours, minutes, second forecast of WHEN it's announced.

Why this growing NSC obsession for what day it's announced, WHAT IS ANNOUNCED is the key thing - there could all be kind of very late adminstrative crossing i's/dotting t's that could push a decision date forward by a day or two.

But if the days wrong.....

Lord B seemed to indicate that it would NOT be tomorrow
When did I say that?

Anyway, you'll all want to know what the postman brought this morning.

1. A Barclaycard statement.

2. An offer of a cheap loan (11.9 per cent).

3. Er. That's it.

Would it arrive via the postie then Lord B?
That would seem peculiar that central government would be phoning around checking the post has arrived to various parties before making a decision.

Surely it would get couriered over, then they get a call from City Sprint to confirm all have been delivered, and they know they can release their statement.

Dropping it in the post sounds a bit odd.
