The wait is so frustrating. Shame it cant be on Saturday having said that, its my birthday then and that would be a wicked present.

I have saved a Bottle of Champagne for the past 3 years in anticipation of this event.
I have put it in the Fridge. If I am not drinking it by 19:20 tomorrow I will be severely depressed and p'd off with OTLW (Who I presume has started this whole charade). If i'm drinking it, I will thank him sincerely.

Why this growing NSC obsession for what day it's announced, WHAT IS ANNOUNCED is the key thing - there could all be kind of very late adminstrative crossing i's/dotting t's that could push a decision date forward by a day or two.
