The old Wembley stadium must have been the same distance away from the pitch at each end and at ground level must have had the same view. I never heard anyone moaning about the view there. But I would not like a seat there at Withdean having said that.

FFS. WE invite them to our lovely city, give them a nice day out, and send them home with three points and a tasty goal difference. What do you want, blood?

Well if i payed money to get into an away ground and that was the away end, i would not be pleased with that view and the conditions, although they can't really be helped

Why shouldn't I care? I have friends who support other clubs in this league, and I'd like for them to come down and enjoy the match here. But they can't. unless they get smuggled into a home end. It's so out of order on them, and it's embarrasing for me as a fan.

Get over it. It gives BHA an advantage, because it`s harder for the away fans to get behind their team. f***ing hell, toughen up.

Plenty of teams do this in Europe, I remember when Dunfermline played over in Sweden, in an empty stadium the Dunfermline fans got stuck right in the far corner, which was a shit view.

Stick the Away Fans in the Woods, if possible.

I saw back row of The Old Wembley for the '99 Worthington Cup Final against Leicester it was quite a way, but you could easily see both goal, cleary.

sometimes a lack of respect is shown to our fellow fans, i'm not talking about kissing their arses or letting them move in with the wife, but if some bozo who supports Cheltenham, for example travels 200 miles on a Tuesday night does his loyalty and passion for the game warrent such a shit view or (worse still) if he tries to enhance his view by standing up, does he deserve that bell end in H block screaming "make the away fans sit down!"

.

Hardly a new problem is it. The away corner at the Goldstone was harly a great view

and this is the view fronm the old away corner at The Den

The way we have been playing this season it would be fairer for our supporters to have first choice of the away stand, in fact if results do not improve it should be big enough to hold all our supporters

Perhaps next season the away stand can be for home fans for a £10 ticket when the projected away support will only be around 200. Stick those away fans in the East Stand to create a bit of atmosphere.

I remember the away end at Stamford Bridge used to be miles behind the goal with an athletics track in between, couldnt see jack but still had a great day out (all part of the away day fun), tough shit they have a crap view, fortunately for them they only have to witness the Withdean experience (or dross) once a season at the most.

I'm curious what you all think. A friend of mine took this photo before the Man City game, do we really think it's fair to dump the away fans in that godforsaken stand a mile from the pitch? They pay £20 to sit there aswell, is that not completely unfair?! It's not right that away fans have to come to Brighton and watch a match from a mile away! It's not fair, and I think it is something that really needs to be looked at.

To be fair, that's about a good a view as I had for the play-off final against Notts County at the old Wembley, better in fact because you can at least see the pitch at Withdean. I was in the front few rows that day, and could barely see over the advertising hoarding behind the goal - and that, remember, was about half a mile from the stands. Terrible view for such an important game. Barry Lloyd out

That view from the Worthing End reminds me of the view I had at the Millennium Stadium from row E. Still I was a season ticket holder so what did I expect, first dibs?

Two Chelsea fans I work with got excellent seats near the halfway line- first time they'd seen Brighton play in 10 years.

Not that I bear pointless grudges.
