Is that not the point? He has managed 3 "tinpot" clubs as you say and has had sucess with all 3..They have all had no money,poor attendances,hard to attract players yet he has still managed in his time with all 3 to make them all one of the best teams in there league at the time he was there.Imagine what he could do with a decent squad a new ground a good fanbase and he probably wont leave at the drop of a hat like Ince would.
