Cant sorry - But the odpm directive states that after the decision there could be a judicial review whereby a judge can order the decision to be reconsidered by the first secretary of state.

Although the JUDGE CANNOT OVERULE THE DECISION.

So is this awful time consuming decision time consuming as a preempt to any nimby appeal. And could they (nimbys) afford to appeal.

Equally he could be ensuring that we don't have any grounds for appeal. But of course that won't be the case as the stadium is ours!:clap2: :clap2: :clap2:

Have to say as time goes on and the more I tihnk about the whole thing, the more confident I get that the stadium will be given the go ahead.

Not sure why but I just seem to be more confident about it now than I have ever before.

As time goes by the more and more confident I get that I'm going to have to wait even longer!

This country must be the laughing stock of Europe!

How could an appeal be made against a decision that has not been announced?

I am sure the delay is intetional so as to rule out any accusations (sp) that it was made in haste .

Stay confident and keep the faith, all will come to he who waits.

Anyone who suggests this decision was hasty must have been cross bred with a sloth!

The delay, it seems to me, is 100% political.

I for one, will not vote Labour in any election, if he turns down the application for Falmer. For me, it's a classic case of local issue deciding on which party to vote for. I feel sure that lots of folks feel the same way........I can feel a poll coming on here.........

How many traditional labour voters would not vote labour if Prescott turns down Falmer? But would if he voted for
