It's not important until you don't get a ticket for a game like Spurs or West Ham.Lord Bracknell said:By offering season ticket holders first go at these tickets, the Club has been testing just how important it is to give STHs priority for away games.
I think it's fairly clear that the answer is ... not important at all.

They should take the Mobile Shop to Griffin Park on the Saturday before the Orient game and sell Orient tickets to personal callers only.

The point is that tickets for big away games should go to ALL supporters who follow the Club with a passion - home and away - not just those who claim some sort of superiority by virtue of being able to stump up cash before the season starts.mona said:It's not important until you don't get a ticket for a game like Spurs or West Ham.
The club have admitted that there are over 20,000 AMS members. How many of them can be bothered to watch the Albion regularly? 2%?Goring Gull said:But the point is- if season tickets holders can't be bothered for Orient then Why should they get priority just because it's seen as a big tie.
Agreed of course. But the club don't appear to keep a record.Lord Bracknell said:The point is that tickets for big away games should go to ALL supporters who follow the Club with a passion - home and away - not just those who claim some sort of superiority by virtue of being able to stump up cash before the season starts.
That includes pretty much anyone who buys an Orient ticket AFTER they went on general sale. I hope the Club keeps a record of who they are and that their loyalty is rewarded next time the opportunity crops up.
FFS, that isn't the point at all. The point is that in situations where demand for season tickets is EASILY outstripped by supply (such as now), those season ticket holders should be treated as the valuable stakeholders that they are. i.e. ahead of anyone else (like me) who fancies being a glory boy once that season.Lord Bracknell said:The point is that tickets for big away games should go to ALL supporters who follow the Club with a passion - home and away - not just those who claim some sort of superiority by virtue of being able to stump up cash before the season starts.
