Is Nicky Forster actually a bit shit?

I think Forster is a good player BUT.. Murray seems to play a lot better and look less constrained when Forster isn't playing,

I have thought this for a while but never wanted to mention it for fear of reprisals.

Forster is the sort of player that gets in fantastic positions and he WILL bang in goals. He more often than not takes his chances aswell, he's a player that any team in our division wouldn't say no to and he is DEFINATELY not shit.

Last night he played upfront on his own, got down the wings and put loads of good crosses in. The only problem is that he wasnt on the end of them.

All he got were high balls to him, or long balls into the corners. He chased everything down, worked hard, and didnt really get a decent chance on goal

Still a great player. If we had people that could put in a dangerous cross we would have scored 10 more goals this season already.

Our players are only capable of kicking the ball high going up the pitch, not across the pitch

Whing (I think) put one superb cross right on his head but he completely missed it (just before half time, when McLeod then miscontrolled the follow up).

The worry for me is that unlike last season, Forster does not seem capable of getting away from his marker when put through. The number of times he has been clear but been caught up by defenders is growing by the game.

Murray up top on his with Forster coming off the bench makes more sense. If he were only playing 20 minutes at the end of games he would be sharper.
