No, this is a victory for football. League 1 isn't the steaming pile of shit people thought it was, our teams can go to these places and get the result.

Leeds.

It's not about hating them as a club today, it's about the underdogs (and I mean, how do you say?, massive underdogs!) going to the champions of the country and winning 1-0, but DESERVING to win. The Beckford drag wide, the Snodgrass free kick, United got lucky they weren't embarrased even more today!

Not at all, I'm delighted for them. I like to see the small team win.

Well done Leeds.

Of course it's not. It's one of the very few occasions in which it is positively encouraged to celebrate a Leeds victory.

We're in the fourth round, Manchester United aren't.

Looks like Fergie has just the Carling Cup to look forward to this season.

Exactly the same feeling as MacK...it is great to see a small team beat Man Utd and somewhat fitting to hear Leeds being compared with Bournemouth!

I'm really dissapointed Man U lost. Grew up with my dad supporting them, so I always want them to do well..

More importantly though, I would have loved a chance to draw Man U. Leeds away would be so, so bad. Ground I am going to in February, been before, and a guaranteed loss.

Not at all, fantastic result for a sub (for now) championship team to do this to (IMHO) the most arrogant of all the "Big 4" teams, can't wait for the Ferguson excuses, if he doesn't send out Phelan that is....

They deserved it, well done Leeds, Ken Bates is STILL a cockjuggling thundercunt of the highest order though.

What really stinks about Manchester United was the advertising around the ground for Arabic fan sites and the like. They really won't miss a trick and they are lapping up all the attention they can get in other nations they can exploit.

It's just one big sell out. At least Leeds are working from the bottom up again
