I think a new BISA would be a step forward. And I agree with the rest of your post.

I think a meeting between a BISA group at regular intervals would be beneficial to the club all round. Questions raised through NSC - as an example - so a broad approach could be used and agreed upon would work ok in my opinion. There are so many grey areas that the supporters just do not see in the recruitment of players that would help no end in pacifying many on here - is one example - The important thing to take note this time round though is we do not have a common enemy like last time and an approach to the club would have to be done In a very different style.
