Is it socially acceptable to leave a small wad of clean-looking toilet paper in the bowl after flushing?

It depends on the social situation I guess - if you're at a party and there's a queue whats worse:
Leaving the paper(which you claim is clean)and scuttling out of the loo, or waiting for a second flush with everybody outside thinking "oh great, got the aftermath of a captains log to look forward to"

I'd stick my hand in, grab it, scrunch out all the water and either lob it in the bin or out of the window - a quick re-wash of the hands and out quick sharp


Note: I have an 18 month old son who's currently the world shitting champion. 2 years ago I wouldn't have dreamed of putting my hand down the toilet, but these days i'm a little more used to dealing with shit on a regular basis
