I suppose it depends on what job it is that you're going for, but it could be considered extremely arrogant regardless. The primary aim of an interview is to be offered a job. At best, you could be seen as amusing, at worst a conceited and vain primadonna. Supposing someone in the interview said, "Actually, you weren't great". What would you say then?
I run a small business in Dubai that employs 9 people - we're expanding rapidly, but if anyone tried anything like that at the interview stage, we'd be laughing about it for the next week. And they wouldn't get the job.
Err on the side of discretion at interview. If you get offered the job, you'll have plenty of future opportunities to dazzle with witty repartee.
