For me, more of a concern than losing back to back games, is being in the bottom 3 after 20 games.

...and won one in sixteen. In the present climate a high proportion of managers would have gone, after that run. FFS its over a third of the season.

Short term: Yes he is.

Long term: As said a gazillion times before and alluded to by the two previous managers, there's something about the recruitment of players that isn't working.
