Oh what you mean his 'shit' transfer record that includes noone for peanuts, Buckley, bridcutt and Vicente!?

He got Noone for peanuts as Plymouth was in dire straights and we was willing to pay cash up front. Bridcutt only came to us because Narrevo was injured otherwise Gus wouldn't have bothered with him and Buckley was an ok signing and not to sure if that was down to Stephenson.

Scary that nearly 10% of those who voted are that thick....

Bet you're the type who reads the sun and go with their polls leading up to an election thinking I don't want to be in the minority so will vote for the majority party that is winning.

At the risk of stating the obvious folks, the thread was designed simply to test opinion on Gus' merits after today's shambolic display, some very odd team selections/tactics of late, and our v poor away form. The outcome of the poll is conclusively in favour of Gus leading us into next season. That's fine with me but I suspect that the result wouldn't have been quite so clear cut if I hadn't made it a public poll and had included a "fence" option. That said, onwards and uipwards and here's to 3 points on Tues night. The display surely can't get any worse although my gut tells me that we won't get more than 2-3 points from the last 3 games.

How do we get 3 points on Weds night? Do we get to play an extra game?

You asked the question..if you don't like the answer...tough.. i haven't bothered voting on the basis of its a stupid poll

Hit a nerve did I? Judging by the adverse comments on the board this afternoon I thought it was a question worth asking. No offence meant. I must remember I'm stupid next time I think about canvassing opinion, degree or no degree.

No - Too stubborn, has never brought in a goal scorer into the club; sticks with useless Dicker, headless chicken CMS, Navarro (league 1 player) & two useless goalies. Enoough said. Have overachieved this season. If here next, we will be lower half.

So, we've overachieved, yet Gus isn't good enough eh????

Thank you Einstein......:ffsparr:

Yet another f***ing ridiculous thread. Yes we lost badly today and I think Gus has got the selection in 2 of the last 3 matches horribly wrong but I see this season as the same as Gus' first season in charge when he took over from Slade. Solid and a super base for next season. People badly need perspective.
