Not sure about Dunk being on the bench and not used. Can't understand why he didn't get a few minutes against Iceland. People say its good to be around the squad but the same thing happened with Wardy when he got in the England squad. Clearly the best player in England at the time but got little or no time on the pitch and it definately did not help. Gradually fell away from the squad and looked jaded and disappointed for some time after that.
