The Tories wouldn't have:
1) Introduced a national minimum wage,
2) Introduced a Human Rights Act
3) Introduced an Equality Act
4) Put a penny on National Insurance solely to increase NHS funds. (And with a fiance who has been in and out of hospital regularly for years now, I can say it's getting better year in, year out
I could go on.
This country is not perfect, but it's better than it could be, and better than it would have been under the Tories.

Thatcher, Major, Hague, Duncan-Smith, Howard and Cameron (and I'm sure there was one more, wasn't there?) would all have done exactly what Blair did. Do you really expect that any of that lot would have told the US government to f*** off. Absolutely no bloody chance. Especially given what happened with the Falklands.
Also, who exactly is 'responsible' for all the killing over there? It's not the US or UK military. The vast majority of casualties have been Iraqis killing Iraqis.

When have I claimed Blair is a Socialist? Of course he's not. But he is left of the Tories, because of the policies I named.

That is very true, and as soon as it started going wrong they were all of a sudden against it !
In my opinion Britain is a better place than it was in 1997, but is still recovering from the damage Thatcher did in the 80's.

The difference being that when British subjects migrate they buy apartments, houses and are not a burden on the country resources, i.e., housing stock (council homes), heath care, crime.
Migrants come here and get welfare handouts, free health care, free (social) housing, think you'd agree that there's a huge gap between the two.

That wasn’t entirely true. I work with a few poles and they pay there way but there’s thousands who come for the sole purpose of hand outs, Housing, heath care etc. You don’t see British immigrating for the same benefits as most countries wouldn’t let you in.
