Had a great two day walk starting the South West Coast Path from Minehead to Lynmouth. Sorts of puts other things in perspective; too tired to watch FLS. Heard Dunk was sent off, told my walking mate we would lose 3-0 and turned off R5L once we won rugby.

We'll get there; this result shows Albion are still work in progress.Just need a couple of offensive players to turn it on then watch us go.

Yes I am bitter but envious of warmleyseagull walking here as I have so many times in the past.

Feel great, but always do.

The fact of the matter is that we are improving and this is a long term big plan.

Just because we lose one match, I reckon pretty unfortunately, OK against our main rivals, it doesn't mean we are going downhill.

Think positive chaps and chapesses.

Snow on the way here in Glasgow, just back from family curry at the finest curry shop in Europe ('Mother India's Cafe') and life ain't that bad guvna!

It really was one of those days where the game was over after 6 minutes so was not particularly that bothered.

Just such a shame it happen where it did

Well I was half way up a glacier in Iceland while the match was on and I still got NSC telling me the bad news as it happened. Switched off at 2-0 and just gazed st the scenery.

Steering clear of inflammatory threads, other than defending CMS, is helping.

Although every other thread I look at seems to be teetering on the edge of binfestry, which is nice.

I read the match report in the Telegraph & it didn't seem to think we were as bad as I remembered. They did say it was a crap game with few chances in open play for either side (sounds about right).

Nope.

Annoyed at the realisation that I waste my time and money watching a team full of bottle jobs managed by a cretin.
