Stood side by side with German fans and watched the game. Supported the team magnificently and won with huge grace. Makes me really proud to be English after such a huge result. On to Saturday - come on England!

Ps - have we played anyone ‘good’ yet

England til I die :clap2:

Wembley has been waiting for a game like that since it was rebuilt. THAT is the atmosphere it can create for an England game - absolutely beautiful! I will be watching those limbs goal celebrations back for years to come!

I thought it was rather good. Lovely to have crowds back.

Proud? No. How can I be proud of a few people I don't know going to a football match?

I am, however, delighted for all of them. They did a tremendous job of supporting the England team, and.It looked and sounded absolutely tremendous fun. A real "I was there when..." evening.

Let's hope for two more occasions like that at Wembley to come.

I was not proud of the booing during the German national anthem and the taking of the knee, that said a great performance on the pitch helped by the support for the team

Booing the opposition national anthem is a bit of pantomime fun.

If you’re a racist or a bit stupid, maybe!

What is racist about booing a national anthem?

This might be a crap analogy but if Croydon had its own anthem and Palarse walked on to the pitch with it playing, then I’m sure we’d boo it.

If you need me to explain what’s racist about booing a national anthem then clearly booing is for you!

Back to your pantomime, he’s behind you, oh no he isn’t - boo!

And yes, that is a crap analogy...
