Erm, good post, proabably. So who are the reds? And what's wrong with them buying oil? And what are 'hight emissions'?

The "Reds" are China.

There is probably nothing wrong with them buying oil. The point is that Iran having nuclear energy will not impact upon their oil being burnt.

High emissions will result from "low efficiency" use of the oil.
