Ipswich Town v BHA - Score Predictor

  • Poll closed .

A battered & bruised BHA (10th), make the journey to Portman road, to play Ipswich Town (19th) on Tuesday.

The tractor boys have only won three times at home and joint third lowest scorers at home.

The teams played out a 1-1 draw at The Amex in October.

Head to head, Ipswich have the better record, having won 27 times, drawn 13 & BHA wins 21.
In the last 10 visits at Ipswich, town have won 6 drawn 1 & Albion recorded 3 victories.

After 25 games last season we were on 35 points compared to 34 points this time around (24 games).
A win and we will be ahead of schedule!

An Albion win & we could rise to 7th, with a game in hand compared to most.
A heavy defeat & we could fall as far as 17th.

Ipswich have picked up some form of late (10th), with only 1 defeat in 6 at home and averaging 1.83 goals in this sequence. Albion have slumped to 18th (last 6 away games), with only averaging 1.0 goal scored.

As for the Score Predictor it doesn't seem to take too long to update these days, as I suppose most fans are optimistic and believe that our team will win. Still 3 people correctly predicted yesterdays heavy home defeat. Well done (if they are the right words!).

My recent predictions have been woeful, so using reverse psychology and the fact that I am depressed after yesterday I'm going for an Ipswich home win, 1 0. This should guarantee an Albion victory!

Ipswich 2 - 1 Albion, I can't really see any other result, other than a more substantial loss, until there is a change in personnel during January.

If you pump some crosses into the box, you'll win by a mile. Their keeper Scott Loach came from us - and whilst he's a decent shot-stopper, he makes some hilarious decisions under pressure, and drops at least two clangers per half. Hopefully for you, Poyet will be reading this !

I just hope that we get stuffed. Regime change is the only answer. The sycophants have to realise that there IS another way, and it starts with regime change.

I've gone for a 2-0 Albion win. We struggle against any team above, say, lower-mid table. Our run of form away from home isn't great, but I fancy our chances against the second-bottom side in the Championship.

You've not see the table then recently! They're 8 points clear of relegation zone and beating us would put them only ONE point behind us.

The trouble is we do pump crosses into the box but haven't got a fecking striker who can get his head on the ball so any clangers will go unpunished as our midfield also fell its alien getting into the oppo's penalty area
