if you can afford it a 30 GB video model, stores a load of songs and looks good as well, personally don't think there is any need for any bigger than that

you say that, but an ipod nano the new ones are just as good. I've recently got one myself, stores 500 songs which is all i need it for. however u can get one that stores 1000 songs or even 2000 songs. and they are light, and look very good too. and don't cost an arm and a leg.

I got the 80 gig version but I think I agree with you - I'm unlikely to ever need the full 80 gig. Get the 30gig video version.
