It's ridiculous. I have the 120 Classic and it is full. I guess I'd better find a 160 quick.
With iPhone + iTunes Match even a 16gb iPhone will give you huge amounts of music on tap.

iPod updates tend to trail the iPhone refresh so I'd expect one in a few months.

Same here. It's a lovely, simple, robust piece of kit. I'm tempted to buy a couple as back-ups to keep me going long into the future.
They are easy to upgrade.
