Iphone 5c storage help

Hi all - my storage is saying it's full, deleted a few apps, backed up photos and music onto laptop, but still saying storage full. Any ideas whats up NSC sages?

Go into settings, storage then manage storage, this will tell you what's using the most, then delete accordingley

Done this but still showing storage is full. Deleted a dozen apps or so

Plug it into iTunes on your computer, back it up, then completely reset the phone back to factory settings. Next restore it from the backup you made. It's a piece of cake, iTunes leads you through it step,by step, it will clear off the crap files on the phone and create plenty of space.

I'm no expert but I'd say you have filled your storage capacity......

Joking aside, maybe back up your photos to the cloud or a laptop, pare back your music a bit. Alternatively pick up one of those battery pack/hard drives that they sell. I've got a Mophie, which are a bit pricey (£70 iirc for a 60gb one) but worth it and give you a external battery resources as well. I think you can get cheaper ones though.
